🔄 7-DAY RETURN POLICY
You can return any product within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is defective or damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match the description

✅ RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Innerwear and intimate items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods

📞 HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: WhatsApp us at 0345-7325004 with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: Share photos of the product (if defective/damaged)
Step 3: Our team will arrange a pickup from your address (free for defective items)
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed

💰 REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
- COD orders: Refund via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer
- Online payments: Refund to original payment method (5-10 business days)

🔁 EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for size or color issues (subject to stock availability).
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING
For defective or wrong products: Free return pickup
For change of mind: Customer pays return shipping (Rs. 200)
